Do you not know?
    Have you not heard?
          The One who made the heavens
               also made the earth.
 
The One who never wearies,
    whose mind no one can search,
          is far above all nations
              yet near to all on earth.
 
The One who measured the waters,
  marked the heavens, weighed the hills,
       the One who shakes the mountains,
                    and stirs the depths at will.
 
It is He who holds the earth,
   though kingdoms rise and fall.
      God’s voice echoes ever,
        swelling large while speaking small.
 
          And still after all…
 
Do you not know?
    Have you not heard?
         Is it not spoken
              in the silent cosmic word?
 
Since before the world was founded,
    God’s upon His throne.
         Beyond the circle of the earth,
               all there is, is there from God 

                      and all from God alone.
